What's it all about?
Our mission is to grow food forests over most of the land we steward, yet leave room for wilderness and native fauna and flora. We have studied under Dr Elaine Ingham to understand soil and how to bring it to health using quality compost, compost teas , multi-species covercrops mulch and cell grazed animals. Our animals are in superb health due to the great biodiversity of their diet, within pasture but also within the hedges of mixed species which shelter , shade and feed our stock. We believe fully functioning topsoil and a healthy mix of vegetation is the main tool to reverse the climate degradation we are suffering from .
